Soft Rock Phosphate is a clay material, which increases the cation exchange capacity of the soil which allows the soil to hold more positively charged nutrients such as; calcium, potassium, magnesium and trace elements.
Microbially active foliar fertiliser fortified with macro and micronutrients.
Unique liquid that blends and digests phosphorous acid and calcium carbonates together
Provides plants with a quick response to Potassium deficiency.
It is also part of the genetic material of all cells—DNA and RNA. The symptoms of phosphate deficiency in plants include:
Phosphorus deficiency can also slow down carbohydrate utilization. Table 1 shows the amount of phosphate removed by different crops and the need to consider phosphate in crop nutrition planning. Phosphate is needed by all crops (see Table 1), but is particularly important for oilseeds such as canola and sunflower. There is however a real concern over the use if inorganic phosphate fertilisers and a real need for a cheap, natural and more environmentally friendly alternative.
WHAT IS SOFT ROCK PHOSPHATE?
Rock phosphate, phosphorite or phosphate rock is a non-detrital sedimentary rock which contains high amounts of phosphate bearing minerals. Soft rock phosphate is a clay material, which increases the cation exchange capacity of the soil which allows the soil to hold more positively charged nutrients such as; calcium, potassium, magnesium and trace elements. In addition to phosphate soft rock phosphate many other trace elements such as silicon, manganese and sulphur are present in rock phosphate (Chen & Graedel, 2015).
One of the key ingredients in Profert® is the addition of mycorrhizal fungi (AM) spores. Mycorrhizal fungi are part of the beneficial microbes that live in the plant rhizosphere. They form symbiotic structures with the plant roots. Through this points, the fungi will provide nutrients to the plant that otherwise would not be accessible. On the other hand, the plant will feed his fungal partner with sugars that have been produced during the photosynthesis.
The combination of an amino acid nutrition and the mycorrhizal fungi results in improved plant growth and general health in a noticeably shorter time frame than conventional chemical fertilisers.
WHY PROFERT® WORKS SO WELL
The unique ambient (room) temperature process used in developing Profert® means that the beneficial microbes which breakdown marine protein are unharmed throughout the process and continue to increase in numbers over time, improving soil biology and plant nutrition. This process creates nutrients in the form of absorbable amino acids which are immediately available to the crop.
Mycorrhizal fungi will remain as a spore form until they find a proper root to colonise. These fungi will supply the plant with many different soil nutrients. But they are specialised in Phosphorous relocation. This eventually means that the plant will have a much better nutrition in general and in phosphorous in particular.
MYCORRHIZAL INOCULUM
The Mycorrhizal fungi spores added into our Profert belong to the endomycorrhizal group. This type of fungi will form symbiotic structures with more than 85% of the plant botanical species, including most agriculture crops, ornamentals and fruit trees. The species in our product include:
PRODUCT BENEFITS
Utilising our unique digestive process Microbe Plus Kelp is biologically active. Kelp extracts contain high concentrations of plant hormones (e.g. cytokinins, gibberellins). These have been shown to significantly increase biological activities in soils and to stimulate growth of vegetables, fruits and other crops. Grow Green’s unique process of formulation has allowed us to create a highly available soil and plant efficient fertiliser.
Kelp is also known to stimulate microbes that break down cellulose and other materials in the soil, thus increasing the formation of hummus and improving soil structure. Microbe Plus Kelp can be used as both a soil drench and foliar spray. It is an excellent soil conditioning agent which assists natural root development and the plant’s existing resistance mechanisms against stress and frost. Seaweed itself contains many organic compounds and as such it’s an excellent natural fertiliser. Kelp contains an algin acid which can also help boost water retention. It is also known that kelp aids seed germination.
Microbe Plus Kelp will also help protect against soil borne pathogens. Microbe Plus Kelp is non harmful to the environment. Being a natural product it poses no threats to worms, bees and many insects that help aid organic culture. It will aid the plants uptake of nutrients and can improve both growth and flowering in certain crops.
It contains complex carbohydrates which help feed the soil microbes. All the nutrients in Microbe Plus Kelp have been microbially digested using Grow Green’s proprietary blend of beneficial soil microbes. This process emulates the natural process found in nature and converts the nutrients into 100% plant available form.

Plants will rapidly absorb these nutrients in a noticeably shorter time than with conventional fertilisers. AminoKelp can be applied as either a foliar, down the line at planting or through fertigation. AminoElite™ is a soil and foliar fertiliser which is produced after the microbial digestion of deep sea fish emulsion and crustaceans. This fertiliser has a unique profile and concentration of amino acids, the building block of the proteins and hence essential for plant growth.
On the other hand Microbe Plus® Kelp is a liquid fertiliser which incorporates two different seaweed species that have been microbially digested. It also incorporates plant nutrients and beneficial fungi and bacteria. The seaweed in Microbe Plus® Kelp are, loaded with different plant hormones and biostimulants, the two chosen species have been thoroughly selected in order to provide the product with a full range of plant hormones.
Thus AminoKelp will supply the plant with amino acids, the products of the seaweed digestion and a complete spectrum of plant macro and micro nutrients. The combination of these three features has been shown to enhance a plant’s natural potential for growth and yield.
BENEFITS OF USING AMINOKELP
This unique process, used to manufacture AminoElite and developed through 25 years of R&D, allows us to preserve beneficial microbes and creates nutrients in the form of absorbable amino acids. Plants will rapidly absorb these nutrients in a noticeably shorter time than with conventional fertilisers.
WHY AMINOELITE WORKS SO WELL
Unlike most other liquid protein sources, AminoElite is produced via a unique ambient (room) temperature process. This process involves bacterial digestion which preserves the protein molecules. In doing so, beneficial microbes are unharmed and continue to increase over time. Increased microbes will improve your soil biology as well as improve your plants nutrition.
IMPORTANCE OF AMINO ACIDS & TRACE ELEMENTS
Amino acids are the essential building blocks for plant growth. AminoElite has a series of L shaped amino acids. These amino acids are good chelating agents, which facilitates nutrient absorption through the foliar surface and through the root system, transporting nutrients more efficiently throughout the plant. Most soils have deficiencies of trace elements. AminoElite is a concentrated source of both macro and micronutrients. It will provide organic nitrogen to your plant and soil and beneficial microbes to your soil.
INCLUSION OF CRUSTACEANS
Deep-sea crustaceans are a good source of chitin. The presence of chitin and the enzyme chitinase, enhance the immune system of the plant.
